If you connect, access, or use YouTube features through the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SchedulePost is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule and publish video content across multiple platforms including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads, and X (Twitter). The Service requires users to connect their social media accounts through official OAuth authorization.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with valid credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect your social media accounts to SchedulePost:

You authorize us to access and post content on your behalf
You remain responsible for all content posted through the Service
You must comply with each platform's terms of service
You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts
If you use YouTube through SchedulePost, your use must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to post content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains harmful, abusive, or discriminatory material
Spreads misinformation or spam
Violates the terms of connected social media platforms

6. Data Usage

We collect and store access tokens to publish content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords. Your uploaded videos are temporarily stored for publishing purposes and may be deleted after successful publication. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or loss of data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all social media accounts and ceasing use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
